hi im after some permission to hunt any vermin or pests in merseyside area free of charge rabbits rats pigeons or squirrels. Responsible adult with insurance

I don't think you'll get permission to shoot responsible adults either with or without insurance.

Surely it's some of the irresponsible adults (or near enough) that need shooting....
